This vintage jacket was made in the late 1940s-early 1950s, probably in the midwest USA. It is made from beautiful, soft, resilient deerskin leather, with front and back yokes, side adjuster belts and buttoned patch pockets. It has a spring loaded Crown zipper.

This vintage coat was made in the mid 1920s from Hudson’s Bay point blanket material. It is made in an early style mackinaw cut, double breasted with cargo pockets (but no handwarmers), and with even button spacing all the way to the top, similar to early peacoats. As is typical for these early cuts, the coat is unlined. It bears a style of label which stopped being used by Hudson’s Bay in the late 1920s. These early blankets are also easily discernible from more modern ones by their heavier weight and deeper nap.

This vintage jacket was made in the 1940s. Similar to the USAAF B-9 jacket, but with extra length, I believe this was USN issue. It features a wartime Crown zipper, a mouton hood and throat latch, buttoned epaulettes, and a quilted lining. There are two rows of stitching overtop the lining which appear to have been added later.

This vintage overcoat was made in the 1930s by DeLuxe Fashion Tailored Clothes from Genuine Velvacuna wool fabric. It is double breasted, though the buttons have been moved to enlarge it at some point.

This vintage jacket was made in the 1930s by the Independent Towel Supply Company of Cleveland, Ohio. It is their style 630, made of white canvas, with a three button front, square cutaway and three patch pockets. The breast pocket is unusually shallow. This style of jacket was worn both institutionally as workwear and became popular on east coast university campuses as part of the 1930s “beer suit”.

This vintage jacket was made by Pine Crest Outerwear immediately post-war, probably 1946-1948. It is a classic pre-war cossack style, unlined, with handwarmer pockets, a zip breast pocket, zip front, and half belt back with low slung side adjuster belts. It has a spring loaded Crown zipper with two way teeth for the main zip and a early style bar-connection ring pull Talon chain zip on the breast pocket.

This vintage western Ranch Jacket was made in the 1950s by Lasso Western Wear. It has peak lapels, with norfolk straps to the front, a fancy western yoke to the back, square cutaway and scalloped pocket flaps. It is tagged in the pocket as being the Mr. El Dorado model.

This vintage coat was made in the 1950s from brown on brown Hudson’s Bay Company point blankets. It has a double breasted, toggle style closure, with a broad collar and both handwarmer and flapped patch cargo pockets. It has a full yellow lining. These are rare o find in the brown color scheme, with the red and black being most common, followed by the multi-stripe.
