1940s Windward Montgomery Ward vest

This vintage work vest was made in the 1940s for Montgomery Ward and was sold under their Windward label.  It is a high necked workwear style with two pockets and a sheepskin lining. Though tagged a 38, this would best fit a 35-36.

1930s Windward sheeplined coat

This vintage coat was made in the 1930s for Montgomery Ward under their Windward label.  It is made from brown canvas, with a dark brown mouton collar.  The coat has donut style buttons on the throat latch, loop closure on the front, handwarmer pockets and cargo pockets. This work coat was clearly used for its designed purpose, and one of the cargo pockets still has a handful of vintage nails in it. The coat has a sheepskin lining in the body and a blanket lining in the sleeves.

Swedish M1909 sheepskin parka

This vintage coat is an M1909, made by Mats Larsson for the Swedish army.  It is made of heavyweight canvas with a sheepskin lining and collar.  It has canvas tabs for the buttons, large saddlebag pockets with three button closure, and a section of quilted lining at the elbows.

1930s shawl collar leather barnstormer coat

This vintage leather coat was made in the 1930s. It is double breasted, with a mouton collar, leather knot style buttons, fancy buttoned cuffs, handwarmer and flapped cargo pockets with arrow stitched reinforcements, and a covered curly sheepskin lining.

1950s Sears Hercules shawl collar sheeplined coat

This vintage coat was made in the 1950s for Sears Roebuck and Co under their Fieldmaster outerwear label. The coat is made of cotton canvas, with a 3/4 sheepskin lining, brown mouton collar, full belt and quilted sleeve linings. It has leather reinforcements at the corners of the handwarmer and flapped hip pockets, and loop closure for the buttons.

Mouton Collar Trench Coat by Zero King

This vintage overcoat was made in the late 1940s or early 1950s by “Zero King” out of their “Mountain Cloth”.  It has exaggerated wide bold look shoulders, a brown mouton collar.  The body is lined in sheepskin, the sleeves in quilt.  The sheepskin is in poor condition, with tears. The body of the coat and the collar are in excellent shape.
