These vintage work trousers were made in Canada by “Murphy Made – Strong as an Elephant”. They are a heavy gray wool salt and pepper twill. The waistband has a snap closure and a oval Lightning zipper. They have wide beltloops and a watch pocket, with suspender buttons on the inside of the waistband.
Waist: 18″ (doubled = 36″)

Inseam: 29-1/2″

Outseam: 43″

Cuff: 9″ (doubled = 18″)

Electric Blue Mesquite western pants

These vintage western pants were made by Mesquite Niver Western Wear, Fort Worth, TX. They are electric blue polyester and have a heavy reinforced waistband. They are marked a size 38

This vest was made by the Kootenay Canvas Comapny of Ontario. It is heavy blue canvas with yellow trim. Snap front. Handwarmer pockets and large interior and exterior cargo pockets.

Bold Tweed Overcoat

This vintage overcoat was made in the 1930s or 1940s. It has a classic double breasted cut, with a belted back. It has flapped patch pockets, and is half lined. But what really sets it apart from the crowd is the fabric. This is the boldest herringbone I’ve seen outside of an Apparel Arts illustration. Unfortunately, the label is long gone. The fabric has multicollored pre-atomic flecks of red, green and white.

Eatonia Blazer

This vintage jacket was sold by Eatons as part of the Eatonia line, probably in the late 1950s. It is an unvented, four button double breasted style, with patch pockets. The breast pocket is emblazoned with a “Nova Scotia” patch. It is half lined and has contrast buttons.

Fire Department Jacket

This vintage jacket was made in 1949 by the Gibson Wear Well Company of 164 Washington Street, Boston, MA. It is a four button jacket, single breasted, peak lapel. Unlike a uniform / workwear jacket, it has no lapel buttonhole, breast pocket, or any pockets at all for that matter. The buttons are all silvertone, marked “FD”. It has a United Garment Workers of American union tag. It is marked a size 42, but its chest measurement of 44″ puts it more in the territory of a size 40.

Soo Woolen Mills Double Mackinaw

This vintage double mackinaw mas made by Soo Woolen Mills of Michigan in the 1930s. It is an early style, with a broad collar, a caped front, and four pocket front, with game pocket in back. There is heavy fading and moth damage, and despite cleaning, the coat still smells like campfire. This coat saw heavy abuse in its day. It is unlined, with unusual seam taping only partially up the front. Perfect for the vintage outdoors or workwear look.

McGregor Two Tone Hollywood Jacket

This vintage jacket was made in the 1940s by McGregor. It is a classic two tone hollywood jacket, with brown sleeves and collar, and a sand colored tweed front and back, with a subtle lime green overcheck. It has a three button front, with patch pockets. It is half lined and unvented. There is heavy mothing throughout.

Foster Sportswear long halfbelt

This vintage leather jacket was made in the 1950s by Foster Sportswear. It has a yoked back and front, a pleated and belted back and saddlebag pockets. It has pinked details throughout, giving it a casual western vibe. It has a Scovill / Conmatic zipper, which still works well. The leather has damage and repairs- there is a tear under one of the pockets, an old repaired tear on the side/back panel, and scuffing to the shoulder. The jacket is lined in Alpaca pile by “Inca Paca” / “Timme Tuft”.

Fit Reform Overcoat

This vintage coat was made by Fit reform from “Elysian” British wool fabric in the 1930s. The fabric has the most incredible pattern and texture. The buttons need to be re-stitched, the middle one is loose, the top and bottom buttons are not shanked and are too tight against the fabric to button easily. It is single breasted, with handwarmer pockets and raglan shoulders.
