This vintage vest was made in the 1910s-1920s by the L.M. Weed Company of Binghampton, New York under their DryBak label. It is made of high quality canvas with a six button front, closed bottomed shotgun shell pockets and a cinch back.
This is more modern, from Borsalino’s Rainproof line. It, like a number of vintage ones I have and have had, is designed to roll up to make traveling with it easier.
I don’t like the gold Borsalino script on the band- I find it pretty tacky.
