This shirt was made by Ralph Lauren and is a reproduction of a 1920s or 1930s work shirt. It is made of a black and white checked cotton, with a chinstrap collar stand, a point collar, two breast pockets, tail gussets, and curved front tails with a placket that ends after the 5th button down.

North Country Lacrosse WI curling club jacket

This vintage jacket was made in the mid 1940s by North Country Outdoor Wear – styled by Klinkerfues Bros Co, St. Paul, MN. It is a green and white plaid, with a brass Talon zipper front. There are buttoned breast pockets and handwarmer pockets. The jacket has shirt style cuffs and is unlined. The shoulder has patches from the Lacrosse Curling Club. The owner was Tri-state champ in 1947 and 1948. The jacket has a pin from the 1939 Indoor Outdoor Skating Championships, LaCrosse, Wisconsin.

1950s Saddle Sturdy Brand western vest

This vintage double breasted vest was made in the 1950s by the Saddle Sturdy Brand / Glenshore / Denver, Colorado. It has a green plaid corduroy front, fancy buttons, and a yellow back and lining.

Soo Woolen Mills plaid hunting coat

This vintage hunting coat was made by Soo Woolen mills. It is a later variant on the ’30s Soo mackinaw I’m also selling, and while detailing changed over the years, that distinctive collar is still present.

Midwest Outerwear plaid hunting coat

This vintage hunting coat was made by Midwest Outerwear in the 1970s. It has a red taped Talon main zipper, and a nylon toothed chain pull zip on the pocket. The jacket has been heavily worn, with tears to the lining, staining.

Penney’s Hunting Jacket

This vintage coat was made in the early 1960s by Penney’s. It has a brass talon zipper front, with red zipper tape, a wide collar, and a plaid lining. There are two flapped front pockets, and a game pouch.

Reproduction leather and plaid jacket

This reproduction jacket has a great vintage style. Leather front and collar, with zipper breast pocket and round stitching on the pockets. Belt back with side adjusters, and yoked shoulders. Diamond weave green and black wool plaid. There is leather reinforcement on the cuffs and leather patches on the elbows.

Gordon and Ferguson Field and Stream plaid western jacket

I saw one of these on Ira Gitlin at the Blob’s Park Buddy Holly tribute concert back in early February, and commented on what a cool jacket it was.  Somewhat weirdly, the next day I found a nearly identical jacket and snapped it up.  It’s funny how the world works.
