1920s Duxbak PakBak canvas hunting jacket

This vintage hunting jacket was made in the late 1920s-early 1930s by the Utica Duxbak Corp, makers of Rain Proof Sportsman’s Clothing. This is their Pakbak model, which has a large, expandable game pouch, bearing a Feb 1926 patent. The jacket is made of canvas, with a corduroy collar. It has an early style front entry game pouch.

Shoulder to shoulder: 19″
Sleeve (shoulder to cuff): 23-1/2″
Length (Base of collar to hem): 30-1/2″

This vintage coat was made immediately after WWII by Duxbak from their lightweight Montana Cloth. It has two large cargo pockets and a flapped breast pocket. It has a belted back and bi-swing shoulders.

This vintage hunting jacket was made in the 1930s for Montgomery Ward under their Western Field label. It is made of lightweight canvas, with a corduroy collar, reinforced shoulders, handwarmer pockets, large cargo pockets, game pouch and breast pocket with an early style ring Talon zipper.

This vintage vest was made in the 1910s by the Edward K. Tryon company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania under the Buffalo Brand label. It is made of dark canvas. Edward K Tryon was founded in 1811 and survived through to 1964. They were located at 815 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA, and used the “Buffalo Brand” label in the 1910s-mid 1920s.
