This hat was made in the 1980s by “West of the Sun” in Sacramento.  It is fur felt, with an underwelt brim edge, and three ventilation grommets in each side of the crown.  It is fully lined, and has a leather sweatband.  There is staining to the ribbon and a moth bite by the grommets which goes all the way through the felt.  It has a tapered crown with a center dent and widely spaced from pinches.
