The 1930s did a victory lap in the late 1960s. ’30s fashions, like the belt back jacket came back briefly. Here’s an example.

Quite the fancy belted back on this one. A pleat runs from the top of the back all the way down. For whatever reason, someone removed the sleeve linings.
