This hat was made by the John B. Stetson Company. It is their iconic Open Road style, with a thin ribbon, narrow binding and a fedora flanged brim. This one is a 3X Beaver quality, likely made in the 1950s, then renovated by Shudde Bros in the 1960s (it is stamped RENSH) at which point it received a new Stetson authorized sweatband, without the Open Road stamp. It has a wind string, is a 7-5/8 Long Oval and has a 2-3/4″ brim.
