Arizona Hatters cowboy duster

http://www.ebay.com/itm/401043362918

This vintage coat was made by Arizona Hatters, 2502 N. 1st Ave, Tucson, AZ in the late ’60s-1970s and was worn on a ranch here in Montana.  It is made from heavy waxed canvas in a distinctive dark orange color.  It has a broad collar, yoked front and back, elasticized cuffs, a drawstring waist and large pockets. The coat does up with a combination of snaps and a zipper.  The zipper is typical of the 1960s-1970s era, and was probably made in Japan, with a stopbox design copied from Talons of the early 1950s.

Chest (pit to pit):  26-1/2″ (doubled = 53″)
Shoulder to shoulder:  22-1/4″
Sleeve (shoulder to cuff): 22″
Length (base of collar to hem): 45″
